so i was watching return of the jedi cus it was on upn, and i noticed something amazing. greg has a striking resemblance to a certain wookie. just look at the hair.
i hadta take this from somebody elses lj cus i din have one of greg
am i right or am i right? and that is a really bad picture, the hair only kinda looks like gregs. on second thought, gregs hair kinda looks like chewies, considering chewie was rockin that hair style about 20 years before greg. but i guarentee if you watch the movie, you will definitely see the similarity.
we are, of course, speaking only of chewbacca when he appears in return of the jedi. chewie looked quite different in the first two movies.

so i started the weekend off with basketball. that was fun, cept when jordan blew the game for me. after that i went home and waited for my mom to be late, so that way i could be late to gregs house. when i actually got there it was awesome. the whole night started off on a good note when jwest was yelling some rather profane, sexual things and gregs dad walked in as he was making humping motions on the couch. it definitely deserves a nomination for 'funniest moment of the year'. then we played the BEST VIDEOGAME EVER. during that we had some interesting conversations that do not need to be spoken of here, but were freakin hilarious. so then we ate pizza and watched the simpsons, which was alrite. we decided to play poker after, but nobody had any money, and i had to take 3 loans out from greg but i ended up in third place. we decided to just end the game cus it was taking too long so greg and borger had to compete.
the following sequence of events occured to figure out who won the game of poker, in chronological order:
1.john falls asleep
2.both greg and borger's shirts are on the poker table
3.everybody sees greg and borger's boxers
a short while passes....
4.greg zips up his pants
5.john wakes up when he hears talk of sexual activities
am i making it worse than it sounds, or is it what you think? you can figure it out.
the best part of the night kinda ended right there. at least for me, cus i forgot to ask my mom if i could sleep over. so we played halo, and i was sucking it up. ive probably never played that bad in my entire life. that only lasted for a little over an hour, cus then i hadta go home. im sure the better parts of the night happened after i left...
oh well, it was still a great night.

so i read all of catcher in the rye from about 3-630 and then from 830 to 10. i made absolutely no marks in that book besides these red fingerprints between chapters 12 and 15 which happened cus i was eatin flamin hot cheetos. i probably should have hilighted or at least underlined or something...
i retract amy statements i previously made about that book being good. i honestly thought it was ok to semi-good for the first like 9 chapters. i figured it was all a boring setup for the immense amount of action that was coming up to make up for how boring the book had been to that point. but then i realized that the action wasnt coming, and it gradually started getting worse. very possibly the most boring book i have ever read.
so yea me and my bro went to see sin city last night at like 11. it was a pretty good movie. we almost walked out right then and there when we saw josh hartnett and brittany murphy in the opening credits, but luckily they were in a total of about 8 minutes in the movie. with josh hartnett taking a glorious 45 seconds of those 8 minutes.
so yeah that movie was really gory (wow! you can spell orgy from gory! i just noticed that). you could say it was as bad as kill bill. but definitely worth seeing, and not just because of the multitude of naked women.
dodgers take 9 of the first 11. fuck the 6-6 los angeles angels of anaheim.
and borger, while incident #1 was mostly my fault, probably over like 75% my fault, i still say that incident #2 is less then like 20% my fault.

[EDIT] ONCE UPON A TIME IN MEXICO, (like the movie with my fellow mexican superstar antonio banderas) i just watched tv and played mvp baseball all day.
which reminds me, i love lucy is hilarious.
dude borger i think it was funnier before either of them knew about their secret relationship. my bad, i mean before either of them started pretending like it doesnt exist, even though it does.
so now im sittin here watchin the original star wars cus its playing on upn. chewbacca is by far the best character, and the most deserving name for my dog. who by the way was busy destroying things and drinking from our jacuzzi with her front two legs completely in the water all day. she is truly a wookie-to-be.
my bro is gonna come by soon, i think were gonna go watch sin city later tonight.

alrite well me and jordan are pretty fucked for our video. oh well.
nobody has updated in like 3 days. it makes me angry. and sad. but mostly angry.

nobody is updatin and people stopped commenting so i hadta update again...
so now i gotta think of stuff... lets see. been listenin to mostly my playlist of hot hot heat (new cd = very dissapointing cept for like 1 song), bloc party (who are gettin played on kroq now!), that one song by the bravery, and i threw some franz ferdinand in there too. if i put some ...and you will know us by the trail of dead (... is part of their name) songs in there it could probably pass for the the mvp baseball 2006 soundtrack. i should get that trail of dead cd...
so lets see what i got comin up... my 5 minute film needs to be done for film class by monday. we need to get together for our slant sometime this weekend too. and im not sure but i might havta do something for religion, but even if i do fuck that. o well. could be worse. actually its not even that bad now.

so who here actually watches the dodgers? besides jordan, cus he just pretends to know stuff.
i really need to start my film movie, which i should have been doing the past 2 days i spent at jordans house, but instead i had to own him at basketball.
apparently lithuania owns when it comes to dunking.
i noticed when watching the college girls 3 point contest that just about all girls either jump really funny when they shoot, or pretty much dont jump at all. so from now on im gonna assume no girl can get higher than 3 inches off the ground.
i think that greg, borger, and jwest should fight to the death to find out who is the the third musketeer. no way john can lose cus hes a beast. so borger and greg can fight to death over whos the third musketeer.
also, im officially starting a protest against using the phrase 'two in one'. it doesnt make sense! one cannot hold two, thats why the number two was invented!
URGENT EDIT: jordan just said that numb3rs is a good show. while im very interested in how crimes can be solved with math (who wouldnt be?), i would have to disagree. also, he loves to have sex with men. that will be all.

my stupid assclown-olic parents. they show no respect for any of my friends that are girls. they say they at least better than elisabeth's or melinda's parents, which they base that on nothing other than the assumption that they dont as much stuff as i do like go to the movies or bowling. they said they dont trust the girls' parents, for the sole reason that they have never had a conversation with any of them, with the exception of erika's parents. they said girls show no respect because they tend to embarress the school or themselves. Worst of all, they disrespect C. it is not at all their place to say what kind of girl celia is and what kind of woman she will grow to be. it is not their place to say that she is going to get arrested some day all because she was messin around with brooke pushin her around the wheel chair. it is not their place to say that she probably doesnt even get good grades. actually, even worse than that, they disrespect her parents. they said they would never trust celia's parents, that they dont caer about her, all because she gets to go to disneyland instead of going to the Chaminade open house. And they say that her parents would leave her alone and not even care because of one time her dad was late to pick her up at the bowling alley. They want me to stay away from her and to not go with her places. They grounded me because im too in love with C for my own good.
I know that probably sounded gay or girly or somethin but whatever i don't care i needed to tell sum1 or type it sumwhere and nobody's on so livejournal was next best place.

so i din go to school today. its really too bad, i was REALLY looking forward to founders day, it sounded really fun! and now i will never be able to tell my grandchildren that i was there the day the science building was... what happened again? it was blessed or something like that right? whatever it was gay. today was really boring though... i have nothing to do at my house. i slept until til 10, ate breakfast, watched the price is right (that show is amazing!) and then had subway. then i tried playing nba live 2005 on all-star. FUCKING IMPOSSIBLE! the other team is always faster than you so there are no fast breaks and you cant stop fast breaks. they actually miss a lot but it doesnt matter because no matter how crappy their center is, he always get the rebounds and slams its down your throat. on the other side of the court, threes are impossible, you cant penetrate, and if you somehow do manage to penetrate, you get blocked from behind. i had one play where i got blocked from behind, picked up the ball, got blocked again, picked it up again, got blocked again, got the ball again, missed the dunk, ben wallace takes the ball and goes coast to coast from under his own basket. and that meant absolutely nothing to 90% of the people who will read this but o well. on the topic of basketball, even if you dont watch college, this picture will be hilarious.
